New York State libraries should provide a tax-exempt certificate when ordering. Libraries have two options for ordering. They may place standing orders for a series, e.g. the Black Music Reference Series, or place individual firm orders for each title as it is published. Simply note your preference when ordering. Shipping and handling for domestic orders: U.S. $5.00 (media mail); $10 (USPS Parcel Post), per book. Foreign clients should contact the press regarding available shipping options and costs.
